How It Works

1

Draft the Bankruptcy Petition

Fully draft the bankruptcy petition to the best of your ability.

2

Mask Private Data in the Petition

Replace the debtor's real Social Security number(s) with a fake one — for example, 123-45-6789 — before sending anything.

3

Save the Entire Petition to an Adobe Acrobat PDF File

Use the instructions in the “Preparing Your Petition to Send for Review” section below to save the entire petition as a PDF file.

4

Purchase Your Petition Review (7 or 13)

Choose Chapter 7 or Chapter 13 petition review above and complete checkout.

5

Securely Upload the Petition for Review

After checkout, you can upload the petition immediately, or upload it later using the link in the email you will receive.

We'll review the petition and email detailed feedback and recommendations within 24-48 business hours (Mon–Fri) of receiving it.

Have follow-up questions after you get your review? Reply to the email you receive with the petition review.

Preparing Your Petition to Send for Review

The petition MUST be a single PDF file, regardless of which bankruptcy software you drafted the petition in.

If you run into trouble creating or exporting the PDF, please contact the manufacturer of your bankruptcy software for assistance — 713 Training is not able to provide technical support for third-party software.

There are other ways to create a PDF too — for example, installing a PDF printer and printing the petition to a PDF file instead of sending it to a physical printer.
