The Bankruptcy Petition Specialist™ exams are taken online and are open-book. The exams are based entirely on the training materials offered by 713 Training (www.713training.com).

A solid understanding of our Complete Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 Training Course is what is needed to pass. Because the exams are based on our training materials, they are not something a student can simply “test out” of — they require genuine familiarity with the course material they are based on.
